Drawmie is a drawing game for two people. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Drawmie is operated by Invitelux Digital, Jl. Kudu Kramat RT.08 RW.02, Kel. Kudu, Kec. Genuk, Kota Semarang, Indonesia ("we"). Contact: support@drawmie.com.

What we collect

We never collect your location, contacts, photo library or advertising ID, and we show no ads.

Why

To run the game (pairing, prompts, revealing drawings, chat, reminders), to keep accounts safe, to apply the age rules, and to answer you. For the game itself the legal basis is our contract with you; for optional notifications it is your choice in the app.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and file storage, servers in the EU — Stockholm), Expo, Apple and Google (delivering notifications), Resend (sign-in emails), Apple and Google (sign-in and purchases), Vercel (this website). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Beta sign-up details are deleted once the beta is over; deletion requests are kept for one year as a record that we handled them. If you unlink, your shared gallery and chat stay for 30 days so you can relink, then the chat and your partner's drawings are removed from your side. Notification history is deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, your profile, drawings, notes, messages and reactions are deleted.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Delete your account in the app (Us → Delete account) or at drawmie.com/delete-account. For anything else, email support@drawmie.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Teens

Drawmie is for people aged 13 and over. Accounts of people under 18 get no product analytics, and teens can never turn on news notifications.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
