These terms are an agreement between you and Invitelux Digital, Jl. Kudu Kramat RT.08 RW.02, Kel. Kudu, Kec. Genuk, Kota Semarang, Indonesia ("we") about using Drawmie. Contact: support@drawmie.com.
Who can use Drawmie
You must be 13 or older. Where the law where you live requires a parent's permission for an agreement like this, you need it. People under 18 can only pair with people under 18.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. One account per person. You can delete it any time in the app.
Playing fair
Only draw and write things your partner would be comfortable with. Don't use Drawmie to harass, threaten, or share sexual content involving anyone under 18 — we will delete the account and report it to the authorities. You can unlink or unlink and block your partner at any time.
Your drawings
They are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to you and your partner so the game works. Sharing them outside the app is up to you.
Premium
Premium is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. One partner pays and both get Premium while you are paired. Prices and the 7-day free trial are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings; deleting your account does not cancel them. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
Changes and ending
We may change Drawmie or these terms; we will tell you about important changes in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Drawmie is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
